Facilities Maintenance Division

The Facilities Maintenance Division is responsible for providing all building maintenance and repair services for City owned facilities and appurtenances, which include City Hall, Sheriff Substation, City Hall Annex, Community Center, Recreation Center/Gymnasium, Fire Station 10, Senior Center, and the Public Works Yard. The services provided include fire safety, janitorial services, landscape and tree maintenance, administering facilities maintenance contracts, and providing assistance during special events, and set-up for public meetings.
