FPPC Filings and Political Reform Act
Campaign Disclosure, Statements of Economic Interests, and Public Filing Resources

The Political Reform Act requires certain candidates, elected officials, committees, public officials, and designated employees to file disclosure documents that promote transparency and public accountability.

This page provides access to commonly requested Fair Political Practices Commission (FPPC) filings maintained by the City Clerk’s Office, along with related resources to help members of the public understand campaign disclosure, conflict of interest reporting, and other public filing requirements.

Online Redaction Notice

Documents posted on the City website may be redacted to remove personal information, such as home address, telephone number, personal email address, and signature, as permitted by applicable FPPC regulations and online posting rules. Unredacted copies may be available for in-person review or by requesting paper copies from the City Clerk’s Office. Copy cost is $0.10 per page, and records older than five years may be subject to a $5.00 research fee. For assistance, email jpablo@lemongrove.ca.gov.

Form 802 — Ticket and Ceremonial Role Reports View reports regarding the distribution of event tickets or admissions and certain ceremonial role determinations. Form 806 — Public Official Appointments Review appointments made by public officials to positions on nonprofit boards or similar organizations when reporting is required. These filings promote transparency regarding certain outside appointments made in an official capacity. View Form 806
Conflict of Interest Code View the City’s adopted Conflict of Interest Code, which identifies designated positions and disclosure categories for Form 700 filing purposes.
