Welcome to the City of Lemon Grove Report-A-Problem portal. Here you will find information about the various options available for reporting a problem to the city. For general comments, suggestions, or inquiries not presenting an immediate problem, please use Contact Us.

Residents can use Report-A-Problem to submit issues such as graffiti, pothole, dead animal, malfunctioning traffic signal, and abandoned vehicles.  Requests reported can provide location, description and photographic information regarding the problem. 

Due to budget cuts, the public works department is currently working with limited staffing. For the time being, response times to provide service will be around 12 business days unless the issue impacts the public's safety. Thank you for your patience.
