Homelessness in Lemon Grove reflects a national and regional crisis, with 110 individuals identified as unsheltered in the most recent 2025 Point-in-Time Count. In addition, the Lemon Grove School District reported 264 students experiencing housing insecurity. These numbers highlight the urgent need for solutions that support individuals, families, and our entire community.

The City of Lemon Grove is committed to compassionate and effective action. Our Homeless Action Plan builds on regional partnerships and proven strategies to reduce homelessness and prevent residents from losing their homes.
