“SNAP’s mission is to save lives by reducing pet overpopulation”

The City of Lemon Grove proudly supports the Spay Neuter Action Project (SNAP). SNAP's two neuter scooters are fully equipped with mobile spay/neuter clinics. They travel to low-income neighborhoods where their services are most needed. The Neuter Scooter also serves as an educational resource for children and adults, providing all-important  information on the real responsibility of pet ownership, in English and Spanish!
