Form 806 - Public Official Appointments

The Fair Political Practices Commission (FPPC) requires each agency to post a Form 806 which reports additional compensation that officials receive when appointing themselves to positions on committees, boards or commissions of an intergovernmental public agency, special district, and joint power agency/authorities (see below Committee List/Maddy Act). Each agency must post a Form 806 listing all paid appointed positions including the date appointed, length of term and stipend amount received. (CA FPPC Reg. §18705.5)

The Form 806 will be amended when: 1) the number of scheduled meetings has changed; 2) there is a change in the compensation paid to the members; or 3) when the City Council makes a new appointment.

In compliance with the requirements of the Maddy Act, Government Code 54972, the following appointment list shows all boards, commissions, and committees which are appointed by the legislative body of the local agency and the dates of their terms of office.
