NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Lemon Grove will hold a Public Hearing to consider recommending to City Council adoption of the Downtown Specific Plan, including amendments to the Lemon Grove General Plan, General Plan Map, Lemon Grove Municipal Code Title 17 ZONING, and Zoning Map.

ANY INTERESTED PERSON may review the staff report and draft resolution for the proposed municipal code amendments and obtain additional information at the City of Lemon Grove Planning Department, located in City Hall at 3232 Main Street, Lemon Grove, CA  91945, weekdays, 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. City Hall is closed every Friday. Interested persons may also learn more by visiting the City’s website at www.lemongrove.ca.gov.  If you wish to express concerns in favor of or against the above, you may appear in person at the above-described meeting or submit your concerns in writing to the City Clerk at jpablo@lemongrove.ca.gov.

If you challenge the matter in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Planning Commission at, or before, the public hearing.  If you have special needs requiring assistance at the meeting, please call the City Clerk’s Office at (619) 825-3841 at least 24 hours prior to the meeting so that accommodations can be arranged.
