In the 2026 Point-in-Time Count, our city reduced the number of unhoused individuals from 110 to 55 cutting homelessness by 50% in just one year.

State-funded efforts placed more than 30 individuals into housing in just weeks through coordinated outreach, landlord partnerships, and intensive support services.

This is just the beginning, and these results show what’s possible when a community comes together to turn challenges into change.
