Community Advisory Commission

The Community Advisory Commission (CAC) acts as a resident advisory/focus group to the Lemon Grove City Council on a myriad of topics and issues. The CAC is comprised of three permanent Lemon Grove residents that were appointed to the Commission by the Lemon Grove City Council on June 20, 2017 with terms reaffirmed on July 17, 2018, adhoc members and an alternate. The current CAC members are listed below.

At the May 15, 2018 City Council meeting, the City Council unanimously agreed that the first topic for the CAC to address is a review of the City’s Housing Element to determine appropriate zoning for a homeless shelter. The CAC meets on the second Tuesday of each month at 5:00 PM. All meetings are open to the public and are held at the Lemon Grove Community Center located at 3146 School Lane.
