The City’s Traffic division manages and maintains the traffic signals, the Traffic Advisory Committee and the Lemon Grove Residential Traffic Management Program.

Traffic Advisory Committee
The City’s Traffic Advisory Committee (TAC) is made up of staff from the following departments or divisions: Public Works, Engineering, Development Services, Fire and Sheriff. The TAC serves as an advisory committee to the City Council on matters relating to traffic issues that require City Council approval as provided in City Ordinances. The TAC may also approve other traffic issues as directed by the City Council as set forth within the agency, rules and procedures of the committee.
Meetings are held on the 4th Wednesday of the odd numbered months at 10:00 AM at the Lemon Grove Community Center. Please check the calendar to ensure a TAC meeting is being held and to obtain a copy of the current agenda.
Lemon Grove Residential Traffic Management Program
The Lemon Grove Residential Traffic Management Program (RTMP) is a tool to create a uniform process for all residents to voice their residential traffic related concerns with applicable traffic studies and residential support to City staff. Each concern and will be analyzed by traffic staff, the Traffic Advisory Committee (TAC), and if needed the City Council. The final decision to implement a solution, if needed, is based on the requirements of each solution as shown in the RTMP.
