The City Clerk serves as the local filing officer for all campaign and conflict of interest disclosure statements as required bythe State Political Reform Act. This includes campaign contributions and expenditure reports from officeholders, candidates for City Council and committees, as well as Statements of Economic Interest from current City officials and designated employees, in accordance with the City’s Conflict of Interest Code.
